Amity & Cake

Amity and Cake tells the story of Annie and Tom. Once they were best friends, inseparable throughout seventeen years of their lives. Then, they became strangers, when the acts of one drove them apart. Now, four years after those events, they will meet once again to try and come to a reconciliation. But is it really obtainable? Or will the scars of the past be too much for either to bear?

Author’s Note: This was technically the first ever book I published. I wrote this short story and published it on Amazon under my previous pseudonym on 11th June, 2015. This didn’t undergo any professional editing and I did everything myself. Although this was written a long time ago, I have since chosen to keep it alive here on my site and have taken steps to make it more readable with new technology.
