So, now you all know my book’s title now comes the second announcement: the cover art! It’s been an absolute pain sharing information with the mock front cover, but now the wait is over. So, have a look below at the official cover art for my debut novel The Ascension of Melanie Winters.

Tadaaaaah!!! Here it is!!!! I am so, so proud of the cover art for this book. I spent quite a bit of time putting it together; despite not being 100% sure how the end result would turn out. It’s looking pretty good all things considered! Next week, I’ll be sharing on the website how I put the front cover together, along with a video. I hope that it gives you all some insight into how I wanted the cover to look and the amount of work that goes into this aspect of self-publishing. Now that the front cover is released, I can finally begin to share it on social media properly! As of writing this post, the first manuscript quality check is taking place, with the second due in the New Year. Once that’s all finished, the book will be ready to release upon the world. And I couldn’t be more excited! Unfortunately, it’s still too soon for me to specify a release date. But rest assured, as soon as I’ve got a better timeframe, you will all know when Ascension is coming out.
